These terms apply when you access or use VibeASM. By using the service, you agree to them. If you use VibeASM for an organization, you confirm that you can accept these terms for that organization.
Authorized use
Use VibeASM only for lawful purposes and only with assets you own or have permission to assess. You are responsible for your account, targets, activity, and compliance obligations.
Accounts and billing
Keep your account information accurate and your credentials secure. Paid features, renewals, plan changes, and cancellations follow the terms shown during purchase or in your account.
Acceptable use
Do not use VibeASM to access systems without permission, disrupt services, abuse credentials, distribute harmful software, bypass security controls, or interfere with other users.
Your data
You remain responsible for information you submit and must have the right to provide it. You allow us to process that information as needed to operate and support the service.
Service availability
VibeASM may change over time and may occasionally be unavailable. Results may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed by qualified personnel.
Suspension and termination
We may limit or suspend access to protect VibeASM, address misuse or nonpayment, or comply with law. You may stop using the service at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms as VibeASM changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
